MCT is an organization with strong collaborative connections with the community in which it serves and as such is in touch with felt community needs. This collaboration includes relationships with churches, and community service organizations (notably Rotary Clubs, Chambers of Commerce, business networking groups, Rim Communities Resource Network). With team-driven processes fueled by team values of accountability, nurturance, diversity, positive expectancy, excellence, and strength-based commitment to one another and to our mission, MCT’s general mission is:
