Taco Empire came to life in 2022 after my husband and I noticed a lack of authentic Mexican food in the Northwest area. Driven by our passion for the cuisine, we researched and invested in a food truck to embark on our entrepreneurial journey. Working with our own recipes, we've quickly developed a following and become a community favorite. Today, we offer a diverse menu of traditional and innovative dishes, with plans to expand into a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Our unwavering commitment to delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine has made us a beloved success.

I'm Pilar Esparza, co-owner of Taco Empire and a proud mom of two boys, Santiago and Nicolas. Prior to opening Taco Empire, I founded Balandra Events, a business specializing in luxury picnics and event decoration. Additionally, I gained valuable experience working in the hospitality industry for several years. As an entrepreneur, I find great satisfaction in growing my business and taking on new challenges. I'm excited to continue expanding Taco Empire and serving delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine to our customers.
