We are a good truck out of Northwest Oklahoma. We bring authentic New Mexican cuisine to Oklahoma! We make home made hand stretched Frybread, Navajo tacos, green and red chile made from Hatch peppers, signature burritos, loaded hand cut fries, and dessert fry breads!
I was born in the panhandle of Oklahoma, and I spent each summer in the mountains in New Mexico where I learned how to make the most amazing food from my grandmother and my aunts. I have 3 beautiful children and a wonderful husband who is a music teacher for a small school called Burlington. My husband and works with me all summer and we work as a husband and wife duo. We have been in business for 6 years and have done quite a number of big events including the Chickasha Oklahoma food truck championship where we have competed for 3 years now. I have also competed in the Woodward Oklahoma food truck throw down in both the savory and sweets Category. We are looking to expand our range of business opportunities and we are looking for new events towards the metro area.
