Edgwick Farm is a goat micro dairy and creamery located in Cornwall, NY in the Hudson Valley. We offer a wide variety of farmstead cheeses, fresh milk (both plain and chocolate), and yogurt - from our herd of pastured goats.

We produce our products right on farm in our creamery with only milk from our herd of goats.

Cara has been the herd manager at Edgwick Farm for over 10 years. Besides raising the goats and caring for the herd, she also spends time in the cheesemaking room as well as vends at farmer's markets weekly.
