The Tamale Company

The Tamale Company began in 2007. We recognized the lack of great tamales.
We started producing Lard free and gluten free tamales.
Richard was convinced by a few people to start making tamales. We had a facility in Westlake. Liz graduated from El Centro Culinary and joined Richard in the Biz.
Soon after Richie and Israel were drafted on the team.
We all have a great time and are very thankful to all of our Tamale Fans
