My specialty is making small 4-6” layered cakes, cupcakes and mini cupcakes that can be transported or eaten right then. Later down the line I am going to sell fudge, specialized chocolates, cotton candy and sweet rolls.

I have enjoyed the Eagle Farmer's Market for the last 4 years for its variety and downhome feel. I feel my cakes would be a good contribution to the market as I have not seen anything like it there. I would offer three types of small cakes chocolate, yellow and a different third type which would change weekly. The cakes are 4”-6” layered cakes, cake slices, and small 2-4” cakes in specialized shapes.
