Our Chevon Is from our Bore goat herd. We raise our goats All Natural in pasture. As we improve and grow our breeding operation this is still a work in progress. Therefore this meat is not always available to bring to market every week However we are able to be consistent and our customers informed at our market stand as to when it will be available.
