Beef meats/products

Our beef is born, raised and finished naturally in the pastures of our farm. Our cow herd consists of purebred Herefords and Hereford Influenced cattle. All are bred to our purebred Hereford bulls. The Beef is pasture raised on a diet of grass, hay and haylage for there whole lives. They are given choice fed grain in addition to the grass and hay during the last 2 months as they are finishing out. We DO NOT raise our beef in feedlots and we DON NOT USE ANY HORMONES or Antibiotics TO RAISE ANY OF OUR MEATS. We are a small Family Farm that processes 12-16 finished beef steers throughout the year. Our beef cuts are sold vacuum sealed in individual packages. most are reasonably priced by the pound. We bring to market over 45 different cuts/beef products. All processed, packaged and labeled at a USDA facility.
