Palouse Juice

Family owned and run business, Palouse Juice started its beginnings with their daughters who sold local organic apples and plums from their Troy farm at the Moscow Farmers Market over 10 years ago. Little did they know Palouse Juice kids would be such a big hit at the farmers market years later when the business got up and running!

Palouse juice came to be after a family tragedy happened, in 2016, losing twin daughters and her father within months put mother, Toni Salerno into deep depression . Luckily she held onto her dream of opening up a healthy juice bar and serving the community . 20 years prior Toni had been in and out of hospitals and doctors offices with a myriad of illnesses that were not getting better, out of desperation she turned to holistic remedies and organic foods and juices. Remarkably, Toni’s health improved and she felt like she had a new outlook on life and wanted to share it with the world, aka Moscow. Little did she know that Dream would ultimately save her and bring purpose into her life, more then she envisioned.

Fast forward to 2017, Palouse Juice opens and is received with great reviews from the public and has become the focus for Toni and her family! Palouse Juice thrived on Main Street, especially during farmers market and the kids loved running their little stand too. Years of community service, events and local love encompassed Palouse Juice. However, in Summer of 2022, Palouse Juice’s lease was up and the decision to move to a more sustainable location was made. Being able to downsize their footprint was important and allowed cost to stay affordable for the community. Now they are hopeful to still have their presence during farmers market and continue to serve the public with their inspiration and fulfillment of health!!!
