Kelli Oseen is a talented multi award winning Chef who moved her business from Texas to her husbands home state of Idaho last September. She operates out of a very unique shipping container that she converted into a full service mobile commercial kitchen. Imagine Barbie colliding with Louis Vuitton. Her Plant Based creations tore up the Texas food scene to include winning numerous competitions. She, along with her husband Blake, have a Texas style smoke trailer that can deliver brisket and ribs that will make a Texan say a few choice words. Together they won the Food Truck Championship Of Texas in 2019 along with many other competitions.
