Kalamazoo Hot Sauce Co. LLC is a small hot sauce production company based out of the Kalamazoo Michigan area. This is our third year as a Kalamazoo Farmers Market Vendor. As a small company our motto is to create delicious yet unique hot sauces that can complement any hot sauce lovers favorite dishes. Kalamazoo Hot Sauce Co. uses locally sourced produce from nearby farmers whenever possible to create our recipes. We believe it takes a village and continued community support in order to help businesses flourish while sustaining wonderful and unique products made with love in Michigan.

I am proud to say I am an owner of a woman owned and operated business. I am a Western Michigan University alumni graduating with an environmental studies and cultural anthropology double major. After living all over the country after college and ten years under my belt as a project scientist specializing in soil and groundwater remediation I was ready to do something different. With the help and support of my amazing husband I decided to start my own business so I could stay home with our daughter. It took a couple years to get started but now with three years under our belts the business is growing and booming. We are so happy people love the hot sauce creations we keep producing and we are looking forward to another fun and exciting market season.
