West Michigan Pasta & Provisions is a local artisan pasta maker. Serving retail and wholesale clients with fresh, dried and custom extruded pasta products. Also making chef made and restaurant quality sauces, stocks and soups, pizza dough and ocassional prepared foods. 'Cook Like a Chef at Home.'TM explains our goal to provide high quality and accessible foods that allow home cooks to prepare great food in the comfort of their home and within the dietary standards of their preference. West Michigan Provisions also sources unique and specialty items to be more accessible in our community from Oleavanti Lebanese Olive Oil direct from source, Janie's Mill grain products, selected world class oils, vinegars, condiments and chef driven ingredients. The operation is operated by Chef Michael Murray

Chef Michael Murray is a Certified Executive Chef and traditionally culinary trained. Working around the country with extensive time in Michigan and New York preparing food in fine dining, resorts and private clubs before founding West Michigan Provisions. Chef Michael also spent time living in Rome, Italy where he gained an appriciation for Italian cusine and products. Chef Murray has spent years working on farm to table sourcing, whole animal butchery, seasonal menu creation and teaching in professional and community culinary programs. This is West Michigan Provisions 6th season weekly selling at the Kalamazoo area markets supported by a team of 6 other staff making and selling our products.
