PLAY MOVE THRIFT / VINTAGE I am a movement artist who has a eye for spotting unique items to accent your collection with body accessories; like creative and culturally relevant socks, stockings, unique vest, tops, purses, hats, jackets and scarves for the body and a few home accessories; like pottery/glass, only unique, at reasonable affordable prices for over 4 years here in Detroit online and contracting with friends businesses while selling one on one. I am the founder of a non profit and this is a way to earn some capital to provide Movement Recovery Dance for free to seniors and dance instruction to the youth for free.
I work as a Community Outreach Coordinator and instructing movement and dance in many places around the city. Detroit born and raised spent much time at Eastern Market as a child with parents who practiced in the market for the Marcacci Temple Shriners Masons No. 17, utilized the market to practice to weekly for mounted patrol and drill team to compete in national competitions. I am presently contracted to provide instruction for "Living Well" for Disability Network Wayne County and dance and movement classes for seniors at Schoolcraft College, throughout the week. I love selling quality good, mostly natural fabrics, vintage styles, unique buys handmade items, new and slightly used at bargain prices. I do most of the buying and creating looks of coordination, along with a part time support who has years of retail experience in clothing and hospitality.
