Souled Out was created as a passion project and as a way to share color and creativity with the world.
Committed to sustainability and being kind to Mother Earth, many of the items are thrifted or handmade using environmentally-friendly practices. It also focuses on some of my favorite things that I want to share with the world, such as smoked cottage foods that add an awesome touch to any dish. I am not a salesperson, but merely sharing the goodness I have discovered and letting people peek in as much or as little as they want. Kindness leads the way in everything I do, and I truly believe that if you give to the world you will be rewarded with a rich life.
My name is Jamie, the owner of Souled Out. Originally from Illinois but working on being an 8-year resident of Colorado, I spend my days as a mother of two gremlins, wife, daughter, writer, entrepreneur, and many other titles. I spend the bulk of my time with my husband, Frank, and my girls, Carmella (4) and Colette (1). I used to be a semi-decent leader in healthcare, but then I became burnt out and left due to a longing to be with my children more.
I now take a leap of faith to create my own business that includes my favorite and new artistic endeavors along with entering the writing industry as I have been passionate about literature and writing since I can remember.
