Greg Ische, a 30-year veteran Executive Chef. Greg’s culinary skills were forged in his grandmother’s kitchen, taking him from the Executive Chef of the Hotel Del Coronado in CA to the R&D Chef for Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck. Along the way, he launched Nestlé Professional products used by Chefs & Culinary teams across the USA including Kroger, Publix, and Safeway Greg led recipe development for Boar’s Head Brand® up to 2022 until he branched out and opened his own business; Greg now operates Hydr0-Stacker West and his mission is to empower people and communities to grow and eat locally.
