Sourced from the Comon Yaj Noptic ("all of us think") cooperative, near the buffer zone of El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, one of the world's most diverse forest reserves.

We roast this bean on the dark side, bringing out the nutty, dark chocolate notes. It's our choice for our single-origin cold brew.

This coffee is certified organic and shade grown, as well as fairly traded in accordance with Fairtrade International certification.
