My husband and I make allergy friendly, all natural, organic, gourmet ice pops.
Several flavors we offer are; chocolate banana fudge, strawberry mango, pina colada, hibiscus raspberry, mango chili, coconut, pineapple mint. We have many more!
In addition to our ice pops, we make aguas frescas which are Latin American inspired juices. Two of our most popular flavors are Horchata, which is dairy free and Jamaica which is a type of Hibiscus tea.
We love partnering with fellow farm vendors from our markets that we work at. Whether it's buying fresh blueberries and strawberries in bushels during high season or using "seconds" that the farms can't sell from peach season, we are most definitely interested in supporting local farmlands and focused on sustainable practices. Small-batch and keeping things local are very important to us.
Families are what our business is based on. We are here to support everyone with dietary restrictions as well as give people a small taste of Latin American culture.

When my son was a toddler, he had several food sensitivities and intolerances. I couldn't seem to find any healthy options at the parks, festivals, or street fairs. Everything was either sugar water with food dyes or dairy filled concoctions with artificial flavorings. Super frustrated with the lack of healthier options, I decided to make my own frozen fruit ice pops (paletas).
I went ahead and ordered some plastic molds online and started creating my own paletas at home for my family and friends to try. They loved them so much and encouraged me to start selling them locally. We now sell at local farmers markets and street fairs/festivals.
My husband and I run the business, our kids work with us, and we have help from a couple local teens. It's a ton of work as you probably know, but we absolutely love what we do, and my kids are learning a lot from seeing their mama start something from the ground up.
