The Edible Source

The Edible Source is a small 4 season farm located outside of Lincoln, Nebraska. We specialize growing spinach, carrots and purple sweet potatoes during the winter months. In the summer, we specialize growing cherry tomatoes, salad mixes and various perennial berries. At farmer's markets we carry an unusual, spectacular and colorful selection of annual heirloom vegetables. All over our crops are grown in a no till, no pesticide, no herbicide, no fungicide system with local compost soil amendments.
