Idaho Jams

Being out in nature is my passion and hobby. Any chance I get I enjoy foraging for berries, fruit, mushrooms, and herbs. I love to work in my garden and enjoy harvesting and turning them into beautiful canned goods. I live in Kooskia, Idaho which is considered to be the fruit belt of Idaho. We have an abundance of wild blackberries, huckleberries, elderberries, marionberries, plums, apricots, etc. All the fruit and berries I pick are wild or grown in my garden and fruit orchard. I am very fortunate to live in an area that offers such wonderful natural resources.
