Growing up in Turkey, I attended college to become a pharmacist and later worked for pharmaceutical companies, all the while starting a family, until we moved to the United States 8 years ago.
Upon our arrival, I began searching for healthy food options for my two kids and family, but I soon realized that I had all the resources I needed within Turkish Cuisine.
I began experimenting with mostly Turkish and Mediterranean foods and after great success, I decided to cook and share our delicious Turkish Cuisine with friends.
My passion is cooking healthy food that tastes amazing. I love what I do; making people happy with my dishes.
I am Food Safety Certified as well.
