About
I'm a Fort Wayne resident passionate about gardening specifically super hot peppers such as Carolina Reapers, Trinidad Scorpions and uncommon heirloom tomatoes such as Black beauties, Great whites and old German tomatoes. I wish to bring my love of strange and uncommon fruits and vegetables to the Fort Wayne community, through the sale of pepper and tomato seedlings and later in the season to sell hot peppers and tomatoes. Last year, when I was gardening I was looking for strange and uncommon seedlings in the Allen county area and no big box stores, nurseries or the Barr street market had the uncommon varieties I was looking for. I wish to fill that niche.

My pepper seeds are bought from pepperjoe.com and my tomato seeds are purchased from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. I am currently germinating my seeds in 72 cell germination trays of organic burpee seed start mix and plan on transplanting to 3-4 into square garden cups with organic potting mix. upon germination I will be supplementing with LED light indoors until the last frost when I plan on hardening them as I move them outside. I will select a few of each variety to growing my backyard garden which I may sell at the market. The majority of the seedlings I am currently germinating I plan on selling at local farmer's markets and online. I hold no certifications or licenses. This will be my first venture into small business.
