We grow a wide variety of vegetables and hemp, and offer these and home made jams and CBD products at local farmers markets. We love providing healthy food and have embraced the organic movement, knowing we are helping to improve the environment, remove harmful chemicals from the food chain, and reduce global warming through organic practices.

I am a retired USAF physician with over 20 years of practice in endocrinology. It became clear to me over my years of experience with diabetes and metabolism that environmental factors are contributing to our epidemic of diabetes and obesity. More and more studies are confirming that endocrine disrupting chemicals in our environment have these effects. This led me to embrace the organic movement, and along with my love for growing things led me to a small farm in Maple Park, IL, and the rest is history!
