I have been baking out of my home and been gently asked by so many people to start selling my cookies and cakes. So with careful thought and consideration, I've decided to give it a go and dabble in attending some markets in my favorite areas of the twin cities.

My husband and I are newly empty nesters. As our youngest prepares to move out to attend college, I am also preparing for a life with lots of extra time on my hands. I love baking! Having a house with all boys, the treats would get eaten up faster than I could bake them. I love trying to mimic cookies I've tasted at other bakeries or places we've visited on vacation. I make large specialty cookies with fun flavors like Chocolate Covered Strawberry and Oreo and personal size Bundtlets flavored with lemon and raspberry and Double Chocolate Chip and of course you can't forget the kids and their love of sprinkles, so Funfetti is a fun one. I specialize in large specialty cookies and super moist bundtlets at a price you can't resist.
