Carriage House Ciders
Specialty Food Artisan
Taste apples you never knew existed. We make hard still and sparkling cider in the European tradition. Our facility is a carriage house built in 1886 in Benton Harbor. Most of our ciders are pet nat wild fermentations, naturally carbonated in the bottle. All are made from fresh squeezed apple juice. Last year we pressed more than 40 different varieties of apples like Black Twig, Frequin Rouge, Roxbury Russet, Esopus Spitzenburg... all from the superior terroir of Southwest Michigan. Woman owned, quality driven, stop by and enjoy!
