High Tide Mushroom Farm
High Tide Mushroom Farm is a family-owned and operated indoor mushroom farm located in Coventry, RI. We produce the following gourmet mushrooms varieties: Blue, Golden, and Pink Oyster mushrooms, Lion's Mane, Chestnut , Pioppino, Golden Enoki mushrooms, and more! Each stage of mushroom cultivation is completed in our 2,500 sq ft facility from spore propagation and substrate production, to fruiting room management. In addition to gourmet mushroom production, we also work with individuals and businesses to implement mycofiltration and mycoremediation practices to preserve and protect local waterways and soil. We believe that we can make a difference in reducing local food insecurity by using sustainable agricultural practices to reduce production costs and waste, in order to offer our gourmet mushrooms at a competitive price, with minimal impact to the environment.
High Tide Mushroom Farm was founded on the ideals of what mycelium and mushrooms can provide for people, and the environment. Mycelium transports nutrients and removes pollutants, like the ocean tide. Being from the Ocean State, this came to be the inspiration for High Tide Mushroom Farm.
