V Roastery

V Roastery is run by owner and roaster Nate Vlietstra. The name is a take off of Nate's last name. I am passionate about high quality coffee, I love sharing it with others and teaching people how they can make great coffee at home. I select unique, high end, ethically paid for coffees from around the world and roast them to bring out peak flavor. All of my roasts are done in small batches by hand to create a very quality product. I grew up in Kalamazoo going to the farmers market on Saturdays with my family. I moved away to Phoenix for many years which is where I started my roasting. I've been back in Kalamazoo for a little over a year now and would love the opportunity to share my coffee with Kalamazoo. For farmers market events I serve brewed coffee (pour over), and nitro cold brew in addition to my fresh roasted coffee.
