Chloe's Cookies

Hi there,

My name is Chloe Steinberg and I manufacture ready-to-bake cookie dough in 12 oz ice cream pints. The dough is sold frozen and can be kept in the fridge or freezer at home to "scoop and bake" at your leisure, however many cookies you want. My flagship flavor is a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie dough, crispy on the edges and soft in the inside. I am just now considering expanding my business with 4 SKUs - gluten free chocolate chip, chocolate chip, inside out (dark chocolate, white chocolate chip) and a GF inside out.

I started in my home about 5 years ago and had a factory in Long Island City before COVID started. Upon moving to Westport, Newman's Kitchen ran my production and I'm now in market for a new kitchen to help me ramp up production. I'd love to test the waters at the farmer's market as I consider really scaling up my business.
