Lotus Nutrition is based in Lutz. We are a family business that cares about the quality of the food products we make. Our main focus is creating food that is healthy and gut friendly. We use only natural products, and focus on gluten-free and no refined sugar lines. We are currently making date rolls and other treats that can be enjoyed at any time, as a desert or as a pick-me-up when we need that extra energy.

My name is Lina and I had struggled with energy and general health issues for years until I discovered that I had a severe gluten allergy. Ever since then I have focused on making tasty, healthy, gluten free food. After years of preparing food for friends and family I am very enthusiastic to share some of the fun foods I have been making with a wider group of people.
