Lynda has been making salsa for years, fresh, for the game or special event. We decided to take this to the next level when Covid/quarantine hit. It took 9 months of learning how to can the product and to get all of the licensing and certifications to go into business. We finally went live on May 15, 2021. It's been quite the journey and we are growing daily. We are licensed through the CDPHE as Manufactured Foods and all of our 7 lines of salsa are produced in an approved commercial facility.
