Hyatt Black Angus Farms is located in the middle of the thumb in Snover, Michigan, about 90 miles north of Detroit. The farm is a cow and calf operation with over 70 calves born on the farm each year. The cattle are raised on a pasture and finished with corn just before processing to give marbling to the meat. No growth hormones, implants, or antibiotics are used. The meat is all natural. All the Angus beef is USDA inspected.
