We offer artisan breads, sweets, and baking products, all made by hand, from scratch, and with lots of love! We specialize in sourdough and whole wheat breads. Our whole grain products are made from wheat that is milled daily in our store.
Our family chose Huntsville as our "forever home" after a career in the military. We were passionate about investing in a business that would allow us to create jobs and provide a robust hub of community fellowship. Sarah grew up going to a Great Harvest Bread Co in Montana, and still remembers receiving her free slice of fresh bread on every visit. So when she saw that there was one for sale in Huntsville, it was an easy decision. Great Harvest is a "freedom franchise" that provides decades of baking and business experience, along with complete freedom for owners to provide products and services best suited to their communities. We are excited to provide healthy and high-quality bread products to Rocket City!
