Originally from France, I have spent over 7 years in the US. I discovered the passion American have in cuisine and BBQ. I have developed different spice blends recipes which are a nice mix of the American cuisine with a French touch to it. Perfect to give a little something different to your meat, sea food and vegetarian dishes.
