The Tony Cannoli food cart brings a little bit of Sicily to any market or festival! We offer Sicilian artisan cannoli that are filled and garnished to order to the customer's liking. The crunchy shell is filled with an authentic ricotta cream and garnished with nuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon, or pieces of fruit. Cannoli may be enjoyed immediately on the spot or taken home in custom cannoli packs. In addition to cannoli, we offer other Sicilian sweets throughout the season that are made from scratch. The Tony Cannoli is a unique treat and a memorable experience that is the closest thing to Sicily you can find in Idaho!
We are a husband and wife team that is passionate about serving good food to others! My wife, Emma, has a food truck called Just BEE Acai and I have a food cart called The Tony Cannoli. I grew up in a Sicilian household and started The Tony Cannoli in 2018 after living in Sicily because I wanted to share my love for my heritage and culture. Since meeting and getting married, we have grown to love the Sicilian culture together. We appreciate the sense of hospitality and service that the warm culture offers, and strive to bring that with us no matter what we are serving up. You'll find us getting creative with food whether we're at home, at the Just BEE Acai food truck, or at The Tony Cannoli food cart!
