Jackie is a 2nd generation Italian American who was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Food has always been a staple-mark within her family. For generations, Jackie’s family was known for hosting all holidays and special events for their friends and family because of the wonderful, authentic food they created.

Desserts became Jackie’s focal point at an early age and her passion is continued today. With generations-old recipes, Jackie is inspired to share her life experiences, through her food, with the people.
Today, Jackie believes there is an opportunity to share authentic, traditional desserts within the community she lives in and remind people that desserts are not just an afterthought, but a final opportunity to create a memorable experience.
