Jackie’s journey into the world of cake design began the day one of her closest friends, Brittany, made a specialty cake for her birthday. Realizing the emotional impact it had on her when she received the cake, Jackie immediately found a passion in developing specialty desserts that would recreate this memorable experience for others who were celebrating their special moments. So, while on Long Island, her and Brittany often competed in a friendly fashion, to see who could create the most creative dessert’s for their friends and family. After working several years at an unfulfilling career, Jackie was able to find her true passion in cake design & desserts and decided to dive further into this creative medium. After moving from Long Island to Florida, in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Jackie saw a need to bring specialty desserts and custom cakes to her friends and neighbors to keep their spirits high. After receiving enormous praise and suggestions to open her own business, Queen of the Sweets was born. With no cake decorating experience, but years of restaurant & culinary experience, accompanied with generations of family dessert recipes, history was made. Now the proud owner of Queen of the Sweets, she has had the amazing opportunity to create wonderfully unique, sweet treats for every special occasion, and looks forward to creating a custom work of art for your upcoming event! Jackie lives by one slogan she came up with: “No day is complete without something Sweet!”
