Capstone Mushroom is operated by Ryan, Reann, and Silas Staab. We are a small gourmet mushroom farm located in the heart of Virginia Beach, Virginia and have been serving Hampton Roads some of the finest fungal delicacies for nearly 5 years. We take pride in cultivating top notch heirloom specimens using organic and all natural practices, free of pesticides , herbicides, or fungicides. In addition to farming we have a Farm Store where we offer cultivation supplies, medicinal blends and tinctures as well as education.

Non Gmo Antibiotic And Hormone Free Permaculture Design
We are an indoor farm utilizing vertical space and an aqua/hydroponic style of growing. All our mushrooms are grown off of hardwood in a sterile environment, guaranteeing a clean and abundant product. We use non hybridized, heirloom genetics and strive for offering as many native species as possible. All of our mushrooms are grown in our facility in Virginia Beach.

You will see them with a smile on their faces, displaying beautiful bouquets of mushrooms that will make it hard to walk past their booth without stopping. Together, they take pride in being a small family-owned business that provides food and medicine to strengthen the health and happiness of their community.
