Description
Our Seven Springs Farm sauerkraut is made with our green cabbage, with our garlic, and sea salt. We give it a traditional ferment, around 3 weeks long, before we pack it fresh and refrigerate. Our kraut has a delicious, garlicy flavor and a lovely crunch, good for your tastebuds and your belly!
