We were established in 2006. We began with low sugar fruit butters- a recipe I developed including raspberry, blackberry, strawberry and a number of other flavors. We then added baked goods such as loaf cakes, bread puddings, sweet potato biscuits, apple dumplings, and Welsh Cakes to name a few. We added some gluten-free items like quiche, fruit crisps, and lemon curd. We also make a wide variety of soups, also gluten free! Small portion breads, cornbread for example, help make the soup a meal. We also have cheese straws and hand pies, both sweet and savory.
