I have been dairy free from a very young age and been gluten free for over 10 years. I have always loved to bake from a very young age and would spend time in the kitchen with my grandmother, helping and learning how to cook and bake.
Over the years I saw the need for delicious and tasty GFDF baked goodies.
In 2020 I started FreshEscape creating moist and flavourful baked treats for everyone to enjoy, not just those with allergies. I also make fresh fruit sorbets.
We are Soy and Nut free as well as non-GMO - absolutely no additives or preservatives. If we use any sort of food dye (at the customer's request only) it is plant based.

FreshEscape specializes in Gluten-Free and Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free baked treats- Breads, Bread rolls, cinnamon rolls, Lemon/Banana/Pumpkin/Gingerbread minis loaves & bites, Vanilla, Dark chocolate & Strawberry pound cake, Vanilla, Dark Chocolate & Red Velvet Cupcakes, Rice Krispy Treats, Brownies, Biscuits, 2oz Chocolate Chip cookies, Pumpkin Bread Bombs, Grinch Cookie Bombs and seasonal sugar cookie kits
Our fresh fruit sorbets come in dixie cup and 8oz containers - Sassy Lemon, Raging Strawberry, Peach Delight, Mango Kraze, JoJoPine, Pina Colada and our July 4th specialty sorbet - American Dream (RED-Raging Strawberry, White-Coconut Cream, Blue-Blueberry).
