Let's Jam was inspired by Appalachian jam/jelly makers. For years, the women of the Lemon family would preserve fruits through jamming and share it with others as an act of love. Exploring additional support for the body from a plant based source became the focus after several family members began to face tough health challenges in their life. By infusing family recipes with the cannabis plant, Let's Jam is delivering on the comfort and yumminess of a homemade jam with the added benefits of the plant. This legacy building, woman owned, woman inspired company is out to share a little love and comfort to others.

After my personal health and family member's health faced challenges, I began exploring life style changes that would help bring balance back in the body. One of those changes was exploring plant based remedies. The idea of actually infusing jams and jellies came from watching a family member take lots of types of medicines throughout the day and started most morning eating toast and jam with those medicines to have something in their stomach. So by putting the CBD in the jam, they could smear it on their piece of toast in the morning and reducing the feeling of putting something additional in the body. Additionally, I come from a line of women in my family and community that were known for their jam recipes. Creating this company was a way to help people and highlight the legacy of these women in my life that have been making yummy jams/jellies for years. Now I am getting to share their love and comfort that they put in each jar with others.
