Years ago, I was taught to do dyes from a guy that used to travel with the Greatful Dead. Since that time, I have taken several different fiber classes, received a bachelor's degree in art and expanded my knowledge as an artist ever since. My love for art is something that I cannot explain. Sometimes it is like my mind craves the knowledge of learning something and experiencing new things. So much science takes place when creating art that it is kind of amazing to see some of the final results of my work. Lately as an artist I have been trying to move away from my normal exposure and expose myself and my art to new experiences and places, going places that I have not been before.
