We are a brand new food stand offering authentic Iraqi/Middle Eastern beef & chicken kebab sandwiches served in handmade fresh bread with the option of handmade condiments and grilled veggies. Served with a side of rice or handmade spiced potato/beet/eggplant chips. Beverages will be pre-bottled & non-alcoholic. We will have individually packed handmade sweets & pink middle eastern pickled veggies for sale as well. I moved to Iowa when I was 5 years old from Iraqi. I have lived here most of my life and I want bring the delicious flavors of the Middle East to my community. I have noticed there are no true and authentic Middle Eastern cuisine options around and I am excited to bring the flavor! My family and I are starting this food stand together with recipes passed down for generations.
