I'm a first-generation, Texas-born & bred daughter of Italian immigrants. After working as a teacher and middle school principal, I worked in Corporate marketing. When I turned 50, I decided to follow my lifelong dream of becoming a shop owner. Why a pet food and supply shop? After one of my Australian Shepherds started to experience health issues, I began studying the effects of better nutrition on pet wellness, and here we are six years later. We have five senior dogs in our pack, and they act like spry puppies. I know this is because of the healthy decisions my husband and I make on their behalf. These are the same decisions my team and I help our customers make for their own fur babies.
They say if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life. Well...owning and operating a small business with lots of heart is a lot of work, but I love it and I can't see myself doing anything else!!
