We serve traditional & authentic Santa Maria style BBQ! We serve tri tip, linguisca, and all things delicious cooked over live Oakwood fire. We wanted to bring a taste of the central coast of California to Idaho! Fresh bread, homemade salsa, baked goods and a variety of tri-tip dishes will be made to order!

I’m born and raised in Santa Maria, CA. I’ve been around BBQ my entire life! I have a passion for cooking and serving others and seeing people enjoy various dishes I make. I have a wife & 2 beautiful children. We live in Meridian and are grateful to be part of this community!
