Hu's, LLC

I started Mama Hu's Sushi Bake in early 2022, because my teenager daughter and athlete wants to eat California Roll. Sushi Rolls are great meals, but they normally need to be made fresh. I found Sushi Bake idea on Bon Appetite article and started making it for my daughter and friends. They love it and encouraged me to try selling it, when I lost my marketing executive job at a seafood company.
I started to work with a few local farms to incorporate their ingredients in my Sushi Bakes and will continue to do so when I expand my menu this year. Our mission is to offer innovative and wholesome Asian foods in a convenient way.
