Amy Claire’s Cakery is a small business offering Cakes, Cookies, pastries, and ice cream made with love from the best locally found ingredients. What started at home for friends and family quickly grew into greater demand as Amy Claire expanded her skills working at a local bakery cafe and wholesale bakery.
Amy Claire, or "Claire" as her friends and family know her, has had a love for baking since she needed a stool to reach the countertop. Her love for sweets was sparked by her two late grandmothers, Dorothy and Jeanie, who blessed the family with the best desserts for special occasions. Dorothy and Jeanie's recipes lived on in Claire's hands at every celebration alongside new favorite desserts. Claire's skills were put to the test at a local cafe bakery for almost 3 years creating large quantities of pastries for wholesale groups, as she continued baking for showers, weddings and other intimate events. Her dream is to grow her boutique clientele who are looking for special desserts with the best ingredients.
