Howdy! Last year I left my 30yr + career I started started at 16. I began as a bus boy- working my way “to the top” as director of operations of a popular restaurant chain. I was often told my food was “made with love” because it was so tasty and delicious! I met my now wife working in the industry and it has been both of our dreams to start this business. We are a catering company that features select items at food truck events and we create custom menus for private events (we’ve done weddings, celebrations of life, baby showers, etc.). From high end steak + seafood + to farm fresh meals + fair food and endless summer nights. We would love to be a part of this market and chat more about needs within the event.
