I make and sell handcrafted salted caramels, chocolate-covered caramels, caramel dessert sauces, and brownies drizzled with caramel sauce.
My name is Jennifer, and I am the founder of Portland Caramel Company. I started selling my caramels at the Lake Oswego Farmers Market in 2020, and have been steadily expanding my customer base footprint across the Portland Metro area ever since! I love getting out to sell at various markets because talking to customers as they sample my caramel fills my cup. I always have a handful of people tell me that "we came here for you"!
