Church Road Meadows Flower Farm was founded on the belief that there's joy to be found in each and every day, and one beautiful way to cultivate joy is through giving and receiving fresh cut flowers. We are a newly established family-run cut flower farm in Dinwiddie County, sustainably growing over 100 varieties of unique beautiful blooms. Our goal is foster community and connection through sharing market bouquets and bunches weekly with the Dorey Park Farmer's Market from June until the end of the season in October.
We do not use any harmful chemicals or pesticides on our flowers, instead relying on natural, organic, and biodegradable or reusable materials to control weeds and limit pest damage.
Last summer I grew a little patch of Zinnias in my vegetable garden and saw how much joy they brought to friends and family. I knew from that moment on that I wanted to create something bigger and share that with my whole community, and thus Church Road Meadows Flower Farm was born. I am a mother to my adorably sweet son Colton, and fiance to my very supportive partner Chris. As a former teacher turned farmer, I look forward to teaching others about flowers and how they too can sustainably grow and care for them.
