L'Atelier is about to start making French inspired cheeses with locally sourced milk.
Kirsten, the owner, left France in 2015 to follow her American husband.
From one terroir to another, from France to Waco TX, Kirsten was missing French cheeses, even more since the Covid pandemic started and when going back home to France wasn’t an option. It has been 2.5 years that she has been making cheese in her kitchen. Food is her love language and she started sharing her cheeses with her friends. She found so many smiles that she decided to create L’Atelier Fromager, and share her cheeses with her new found community.
